Are you an Estimator with a social housing background looking to start an exciting new journey within a well-established, local company that prides themselves on looking after their employees within an office that feels like family?

This well-renowned contractor specializes in commercial projects, predominantly new builds, refurbishments and renovations. Through increase in demand, and heavier workload with tendering season around the corner, they are now requiring another estimator to join their friendly team.

In this role, you will be responsible for completing site surveys of properties, handling tender, takeoffs, and enquiries and building long-lasting relationships with clients. This is an office-based role, working 9-5, Monday-Friday.

This role would be suited to an Estimator with a social housing or similar background looking for a new challenge within a friendly, top contracting business that offers a great working atmosphere, a discretionary Christmas bonus and a company vehicle for occasional site visits.

The Role:

• Handling tender, takeoffs, and enquiries
• Site surveys of properties
• Building solid relationships with clients

The Person:

• Proven Estimating experience
• A social housing or construction background
• Commutable to Llantwit Major
