Estimator Property Services Location: North London Salary: £70,000 £80,000 Type: Permanent Working hours: Monday Thursday 8am 5pm, Friday 8am 4pm The Opportunity An established and growing Property Services contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Estimator to join its commercial team in North London. The business has a strong track record across social housing, planned maintenance and refurbishment, working across a broad range of programmes including kitchens and bathrooms, external works, cladding, fire remediation, retrofit and wider property improvement works. This is a genuine opportunity to join a growing estimating function where you will have input into tender strategy, supply chain engagement, pricing and bid selection, rather than simply pricing every opportunity that comes through the door. The Role As an Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing competitive and commercially sound tenders across a range of Property Services and Social Housing opportunities. You will work closely with the commercial and operational teams, clients and supply chain to understand the scope, assess risk and develop accurate pricing.
