The business specialises in rainscreen cladding, high-rise remediation, combustible façade replacement, EWI, render, brick slips and fire safety works. With projects currently ranging from 1m-15m, this is a great opportunity to join a business with an exciting pipeline and ambitious growth plans. The Role Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, you''ll take ownership of estimating and tendering across a varied portfolio of façade and remediation projects. You''ll be involved in: Preparing detailed estimates and tender submissions. Reviewing drawings, specifications and scopes. Pricing façade, cladding and remediation packages. Managing supplier/subcontractor quotations. Identifying commercial risks and opportunities. Working closely with the commercial, technical and delivery teams.
