Estimator Façades Salary: £50,000 £60,000 + Bonus + Pension Location: RemoteAn exciting opportunity for an experienced Estimator to join a growing specialist façade contractor delivering major projects across Manchester, Liverpool and the wider UK.The business specialises in rainscreen cladding, high-rise remediation, combustible façade replacement, EWI, render, brick slips and fire safety works.With projects currently ranging from 1m-15m, this is a great opportunity to join a business with an exciting pipeline and ambitious growth plans.The RoleReporting directly to the Commercial Director, you''ll take ownership of estimating and tendering across a varied portfolio of façade and remediation projects.You''ll be involved in: Preparing detailed estimates and tender submissions.Reviewing drawings, specifications and scopes.Pricing façade, cladding and remediation packages.Managing supplier/subcontractor quotations.Identifying commercial risks and opportunities.Working closely with the commercial, technical and delivery teams.Building strong relationships with clients, contractors and suppliers.
