The position is suited to an Estimator looking to develop their career or an established Senior Estimator capable of taking ownership of complex tenders and contributing to the wider pre-construction strategy. Key responsibilities include: Preparing detailed cost estimates and tender submissions for fa ade remediation, recladding and building envelope projects. Reviewing architectural drawings, specifications, tender documents and bills of quantities. Assessing labour, materials, plant, access requirements and subcontractor costs. Obtaining and analysing supplier and subcontractor quotations. Identifying commercial risks, project opportunities and potential cost savings.
