Estimator - a leading interior fit-out and joinery specialist based in Nottingham is searching for an Estimator to join the growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an Estimator join a successful business delivering refurbishment, fit-out and joinery installations across education, commercial and healthcare sectors.

The role offers the opportunity to work a variety of projects for an impressive network of repeat clients ranging from -100K - -3M.

Salary & Package:
- Guideline salary of -50,000 - -60,000 (Negotiable)
- Company Car Allowance of -5,000
- 25 days + bank holidays
- Healthcare & Pension

Key Responsibilities:
- Review tender documentation to identify trade packages and material requirements.
- Prepare and issue subcontract enquiries to suppliers
- Identify pricing gaps and complete labour/plant/material pricing from first principles.
- Compile tender qualifications and exclusions.
- Produce accurate costings

Key Requirements:
- Estimating experience within the fit-out, refurbishment or joinery sector
- Strong team player with the ability to work independently when required.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong time management and negotiation skills.
