The Estimator will price civil engineering, groundworks and reinforced concrete frame packages, producing competitive tenders that win the right work at the right margin. The Estimator Role Build accurate estimates from drawings, specifications and tender documents Take off quantities for labour, plant and materials across groundworks and civils schemes Source competitive quotations from suppliers and specialist subcontractors Break down costs, overheads and risk, and put forward value engineering or alternative methods where they add value Attend pre-tender and post-tender meetings and handle clarifications Work closely with procurement, project managers and site teams so what is priced matches what is delivered Prepare full handover packs when a tender is won, highlighting risks, assumptions and exclusions Keep market rates current and maintain a strong network of suppliers and subcontractors About You The successful Estimator will have a proven track record in groundworks, civil engineering or RC frame...
