This is a fantastic opportunity for an experience; Pitched Roofing Estimator to join a great specialist sub-contractor

Package £50k to £60k

About our Client

My client is a specialist roofing contractor based in the South East.

Their projects vary in value from £50k to £2million. These projects consist of pithed roofs along with other services they provide. They are looking to add an Estimator to their team due to workload.

 About the Role

- Timely preparation and submission of applications for payment and final accounts

- Contractual negotiations

- Debtor Management Control of project variations / cost control Submission of tenders on new & re-roofing schemes

About the Candidate

- Must have at least 3 years experience in estimating pitched roofing projects.

- Commercial awareness.

- Good IT skills 

- Manage internal company resources Understanding of the principles of contract law and how they are applied in practical circumstances

- Able to plan/programme a job, including materials and labour

- Negotiation skills Financial understanding

- Resilient Tenacious Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.
