This is a great opportunity for an Estimator or Estimator/Surveyor to join a steadily growing and stable business. As a Roofing Estimator, you will be responsible for pricing roof tenders and promoting a high-quality range of various roofing contract services. Key Responsibilities of the Roofing Estimator : Review project plans, specifications, and drawings to understand project requirements. Conduct detailed quantity take-offs and prepare accurate cost estimates. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for estimating purposes. Identify potential cost-saving opportunities and value engineering options. Prepare and submit comprehensive bid proposals in a timely manner. Maintain a database of historical cost data for future reference. Monitor project costs throughout the construction process and provide regular reports to management.
