They are looking for an Estimator to join the team who will have a key role in ongoing projects. This role would suit an Estimator from a Construction or Demolition background looking for a challenging but rewarding role. The Role:- Play a key role in winning new work by preparing competitive cost estimates, programmes, and methodologies.- Get hands-on with site visits, pricing from first principles, and coordinating specialist subcontract packages.- Collaborate closely with bid and ops teams, shaping tenders from concept to handover and driving business growth.- This will include travel across the UK due to the nature of the projects The Person:- You will need a construction background but any knowledge of demolition and utilities connections would be a huge advantage - Strong proven experience in Estimating- Looking to join a company with an excellent ..... full job details .....
