Estimator - Residential Fit-Out / Office-to-Residential Conversion Leeds - Office-Based 50,000 - 60,000 Start: ASAPAn established and forward-thinking design and build contractor based in Leeds is seeking an experienced Estimator to join their commercial team on a full-time, permanent basis. The business specialises in office-to-residential conversions and residential fitouts, including high-rise (HRB) and heritage schemes, with projects ranging in value from 250k to 30M.Currently delivering a 19M turnover, they have 29M worth of confirmed work in the pipeline-with 70% expected to start this year-and are targeting 30M+ turnover by the next financial year. This is a pivotal moment for the company''s growth, and this role offers the opportunity to take full ownership of pricing and estimating activities. Key ResponsibilitiesManage the estimating process from initial enquiry through to submission, taking full responsibility for pricing.Produce accurate cost plans, tender submissions, and take-offs for a wide range of residential conversion and fit-out projects.Liaise with the design, pre-construction, and commercial teams to ensure budget alignment from concept through to delivery.Build and maintain a strong database of subcontractor and supplier pricing.Provide cost/value engineering input to influence design decisions.Ensure all estimates fully comply with fire safety regulations, HRB requirements, and the specific legal and technical details that apply to residential ..... full job details .....
