Working within the Pre-Construction team, you will play a key role in securing new projects and shaping future work across a diverse portfolio of civil engineering, land remediation, infrastructure and environmental improvement schemes.This position offers the opportunity to work on both competitive tenders and negotiated projects, collaborating closely with operational, commercial and bid teams to develop accurate, commercially viable submissions.The successful candidate will be commercially astute, detail-oriented, and capable of delivering high-quality estimates while identifying opportunities to add value throughout the tender process.The OpportunityThe business delivers a range of regeneration, infrastructure and civil engineering projects for local authorities, housing associations, public sector organisations and private sector clients.
