We''re Hiring - Estimator (Civils and Groundworks) Due to continued growth and a strong forward order book, our client is looking to appoint an experienced Estimator to join their Civils and Groundworks team.This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially astute individual who understands the technical and financial aspects of pricing civil engineering and groundworks packages.The role will involve:• Preparing detailed and competitive tenders• Reviewing drawings, specifications and tender documentation• Identifying and pricing risk appropriately• Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors• Supporting value engineering opportunities• Assisting in handover to delivery teamsWe are looking for someone who:• Has solid experience estimating civils and groundworks projects• Understands buildability and site sequencing• Is commercially aware and detail focused• Can work independently and take ownership of tenders• Wants to grow with a progressive contractorThis client offers a strong pipeline of work, a supportive environment, and genuine opportunity for progression within a growing business.
