Job Description: The company are looking for a commercially focused Estimator / Quantity Surveyor to join their team. The role will involve both pre-contract estimating and post-contract commercial management, with responsibility for accurate pricing, take-offs, valuations, measures, labour schedules and variations. The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail, good construction knowledge and the ability to manage costs from initial tender through to project completion. Key Duties: Carry out detailed take-offs and measurements from drawings, specifications and project information. Prepare accurate and competitive estimates and pricing for tenders and enquiries.
