      <description>Location: Harold Wood | Salary: &amp;pound;50000 - &amp;pound;90000/annum | Type: Permanent | The Opportunity  An opportunity has arisen for an Estimator or Senior Estimator to join an established construction contractor, working across a varied portfolio of building projects, including new-build developments, refurbishment, extensions and alteration works.  The role will involve pricing projects from initial tender through to submission, assessing construction costs and obtaining competitive quotations to support the successful delivery of commercially robust bids. You will work closely with the pre-construction, commercial and operational teams, contributing to projects across different sectors and levels of complexity.  This is an opportunity for an Estimator to gain exposure to a diverse project portfolio, develop their technical and commercial knowledge, and play an important role in securing new work.  Key Responsibilities    Prepare detailed estimates and tender submissions for a range of construction projects.
