This is an excellent opportunity to join a financially secure contractor delivering refurbishment and construction projects across the healthcare, commercial and education sectors, with project values ranging from -50k to -6.5m. The Role Working within the Pre-Construction team, you will be responsible for preparing competitive tender submissions using a combination of subcontractor enquiries and first-principles estimating.
