Maintain comprehensive risk registers, opportunity logs, and key assumption files throughout the estimation lifecycle. Prepare thorough adjudication packs and present tender bases directly to senior commercial leaders. About You You are a collaborative and detail oriented professional with practical estimating or operational site experience across civil engineering projects. Your technical understanding of construction methods allows you to build realistic resource profiles and accurate tender submissions.
