In this office-based role, you will take full ownership of your own tenders from initial enquiry through to submission and handover. You will work across a variety of commercial build projects, applying strong analytical skills and robust contract knowledge across JCT Design & Build and NEC contract forms. Key Responsibilities Tender Management: Autonomously lead and manage tenders from receipt of enquiry to final submission and client presentation. Costing & Take-Offs: Analyze tender documentation, prepare accurate material and labor take-offs, and produce detailed bills of quantities. Contract Analysis: Review contract conditions and apply robust commercial/contractual understanding across JCT D&B and NEC frameworks.
