Prepare clear and comprehensive cost estimates for PQQs and ITTs across water, tunnelling, and groundworks projects. Work closely with planners and bid managers to develop sensible, cost-effective construction methodologies. Present estimate build-ups at adjudication meetings and ensure smooth handovers to operational teams upon contract award. Identify key project risks and opportunities while maintaining accurate assumption registers.
