This role can be based out of the Northwest or Midlands offices.  As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in the preparation, development, and delivery of competitive and commercially sound tenders. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage tenders from initial enquiry through to final submission Develop robust, competitive and cost-effective pricing strategies Collaborate with internal teams to define bid-winning approaches and methodologies Prepare detailed estimates using first principles Carry out take-offs from drawings and technical documentation Assess and manage risk and opportunity pricing within tenders Engage with the supply chain to obtain and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations Work closely with Planners and delivery teams to ensure realistic resourcing and programme alignment Present tender proposals to senior management for review and approval Support continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the estimating function Mentor and support jun...
