Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit an experienced Estimator or Quantity Surveyor to price maintenance and remedial works on residential new-build properties. The role will involve travelling to housing developments and individual properties, assessing required maintenance works and preparing accurate quotations to ensure the contractor meets its warranty and aftercare commitments.
