We are currently recruiting for an Estimator / Quantity Surveyor to join a respected construction business delivering high-end residential refurbishment projects across London. Based out of their Chelsea office, this role offers the opportunity to be involved in prestigious schemes with project values reaching several million pounds.Responsibilities

Prepare detailed cost estimates for high-end residential refurbishment projects.Manage project budgets and provide accurate financial reporting throughout the life of each project.Involvement in procurement, contract administration, and the commercial management of multiple residential schemes across London.Support a balanced workload with both estimating and post-contract duties.Qualifications and Skills

Experience as an Estimator or Quantity Surveyor within high-end residential or complex refurbishment projects.Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.Ability to manage client relationships effectively.Opportunity for an Estimator to broaden their role into full project lifecycle management, or for a Quantity Surveyor who enjoys pre- and post-contract duties.Benefits and Opportunities
