With a strong pipeline of secured work and long-standing client relationships, the business has built a reputation for delivering high-quality projects safely, on time and within budget.The RoleDue to continued growth, the company is looking to appoint a Estimator / Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial delivery of multiple groundworks projects. This is a hands-on role working closely with operational teams, subcontractors and clients, offering excellent exposure across the full project lifecycle.As Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for:Managing commercial aspects of commercial and industrial groundworks projectsPreparing and managing project budgets and cost plansProcuring subcontractors and managing subcontract accountsValuations, variations and final accountsMonitoring costs and ensuring projects remain commercially viableSupporting contract administration and commercial reportingWorking closely with site teams to drive performance and profitabilityThe Ideal CandidateThe successful Quantity Surveyor will have:Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within groundworks, civils or infrastructureExperience working on commercial and/or industrial projectsStrong understanding of cost control, ..... full job details .....
