Our client is looking for an experienced Estimator/Quantity Surveyor to join their team and work on various projects in Wiltshire, Oxfordshire, and Berkshire, valued between -200K and -2.5 million. The projects cover various sectors, including heritage works, retail, and industrial new builds and refurbishments.

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual seeking a career move to a busy construction business with a solid and well-established pipeline of work and a good client base.

Your Responsibilities:

• Produce accurate and detailed estimates for projects.
• Prepare tenders for new business.
• Manage costs for each project.
• Work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Demonstrate a commercial mindset.

• Experience in estimating within a contracting background.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
