Working closely with commercial, design, planning, and operational teams, you will help develop accurate cost plans, identify opportunities to add value, and effectively manage risk throughout the tendering process.This position offers the opportunity to contribute to major construction projects while building strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare detailed and accurate cost estimates and tender submissions for construction projects.Analyse project documentation, specifications, drawings, and scope requirements to develop robust pricing strategies.Identify and mitigate commercial and delivery risks whilst maximising ..... full job details .....
