Job Title: Estimator - Passive Fire Protection Location: Kettering (Office-based / Hybrid)Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our Passive Fire Protection team based in Kettering. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive tenders for fire stopping, fire doors, and associated passive fire protection works across commercial and residential projects.Key Responsibilities:Prepare detailed cost estimates and take-offs from drawings and specificationsAnalyse enquiries, specifications, and scope of worksLiaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricingIdentify risks and value engineering opportunitiesSupport pre-contract handover to operations teamsMaintain tender records and pricing databasesRequirements:Experience in estimating within Passive Fire Protection or a related construction disciplineStrong understanding of fire stopping systems, fire doors, and relevant regulationsAbility to read and interpret construction drawingsGood attention to detail and commercial awarenessStrong communication and organisational skillsDesirable:FIRAS / BM TRADA / IFSM knowledgeExperience working with main contractors and local ..... full job details .....
