The ideal candidate will have a strong background in groundworks, reinforced concrete, formwork and RC frames, with solid experience in estimating, pricing and commercial management within the construction sector. This is a hands-on role working closely with the wider commercial team to price incoming enquiries, prepare tenders and help secure new work. Key Responsibilities Reviewing incoming enquiries and tender opportunities. Preparing accurate estimates and competitive tenders. Pricing groundworks, reinforced concrete, formwork and RC frame packages. Preparing bills of quantities and reviewing drawings/specifications. Obtaining and reviewing subcontractor and supplier quotations. Liaising with clients, main contractors and QSs. Following up submitted quotations and assisting with negotiations.
