      <description>Location: Stansted Mountfitchet | Salary: &amp;pound;55000 - &amp;pound;60000/annum | Type: Permanent | Job Summary  We are seeking an experienced Drylining Estimator to join a well-established subcontractor specialising in drylining, partitions, and suspended ceilings. You will play a key role in the pre-construction team, pricing projects across commercial, residential, and fit-out sectors.   Responsibilities   	 Preparing accurate cost estimates for drylining packages 	 Measuring quantities from drawings (take-offs) 	 Reviewing tender documents, drawings, and specifications 	 Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotes 	 Producing detailed and competitive tender submissions 	 Attending pre-tender and post-tender meetings where required 	 Working closely with the commercial and project teams    Experience   	 Proven experience as a Drylining Estimator or similar role 	 Strong knowledge of partitions, plasterboard systems, and suspended ceilings 	 Ability to read and interpret construction drawings 	 Good understanding of materials, labour costs, and installation methods 	 Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness.</description>
