Location: Stoke-on-Trent (ST7) Salary: 25,000 - 27,000 per year Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Our client is looking for an experienced Estimator to support their manufacturing operations by delivering accurate cost analysis, product pricing, and quotation activities. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining product data, supporting new product introductions, and identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements across the business. Key Responsibilities Produce accurate costings for new and existing products. Generate quotations for both bespoke and standard products. Create and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs). Create and maintain product codes within the ERP system. Maintain material, labour, and supplier cost databases. Update product pricing and margin calculations. Analyse engineering drawings and manufacturing processes. Identify cost reduction opportunities and manufacturing efficiencies. Collaborate with Designers to support Design for Manufacture (DFM) principles. Maintain the accuracy of product and commercial data within the ERP system. Requirements Previous experience in estimating, costing, or manufacturing engineering. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong communication and organisational skills.
