Location: Stansted Mountfitchet | Salary: £70000 - £75000/annum | Type: Permanent | Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Fa-ade / Cladding Estimator to join a growing building envelope contractor based in Essex. You will be responsible for pricing fa-ade packages across a range of commercial and residential projects. Duties Preparing accurate cost estimates for fa-ade and cladding packages Reviewing drawings, specifications, and tender documents Measuring quantities from drawings (take-offs) Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors for quotations Producing detailed tender submissions Working closely with the pre-construction and commercial tea Requirements Previous experience as an Estimator within fa-ades, cladding, or building envelope Strong knowledge of rainscreen, curtain walling, or external envelope systems Ability to read and interpret construction drawings Good understanding of construction methods and materials Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness
