Estimator

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Fa-ade / Cladding Estimator to join a growing building envelope contractor based in Essex. You will be responsible for pricing fa-ade packages across a range of commercial and residential projects.

Duties

• Preparing accurate cost estimates for fa-ade and cladding packages
• Reviewing drawings, specifications, and tender documents
• Measuring quantities from drawings (take-offs)
• Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors for quotations
• Producing detailed tender submissions
• Working closely with the pre-construction and commercial tea

Requirements

• Previous experience as an Estimator within fa-ades, cladding, or building envelope
• Strong knowledge of rainscreen, curtain walling, or external envelope systems
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
• Good understanding of construction methods and materials
• Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness
