This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated estimator to play a key role in preparing accurate, competitive tenders for a variety of construction and maintenance projects while working alongside experienced project and commercial teams. Key Responsibilities Tender Analysis & Preparation Review tender documentation to understand project scope, specifications, and contractual requirements. Identify risks, discrepancies, and missing information, escalating where appropriate. Carry out site visits when required to assess project conditions and constraints. Cost Estimation Prepare accurate quantity take-offs from drawings using estimating software. Produce detailed cost estimates covering labour, materials, plant, and subcontractor costs.
