Working closely with the commercial and operational teams, you''ll help secure new business while ensuring tenders are commercially viable and delivered to a high standard.This is a varied position that offers exposure to a wide range of projects and genuine opportunities for career development.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions.Review drawings, specifications and tender documentation.Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.Identify project risks, opportunities and value engineering options.Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers and internal stakeholders.Assist with pricing variations and commercial proposals.Ensure estimates are completed accurately and submitted within deadlines.Support the handover of successful tenders to the delivery team.About ..... full job details .....
