EstimatorSalary: 50k - 60k DOEMonday-Friday, 8:30am - 5pm 33 days'' holiday inclusive of bank holidays, company pension, Private Medical Insurance, Life Assurance Scheme About the RoleAs an Estimator, you will be responsible for compiling accurate, compliant and competitive tenders for ongoing projects. Working closely with the Senior Estimator, commercial teams, procurement and business development, you will support the full tender lifecycle from PQQ and ITT stage through to project handover.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate, manage and monitor budgets for tenders, pitches and proposalsPrepare estimates for PQQs, ITTs, pitches and proposals in collaboration with marketing and business development teamsCompile competitive and compliant tenders within agreed deadlinesUndertake pre-handover budget preparation and guided value engineering exercisesInput post-handover budgets and data onto internal systems accuratelyTrack and manage tender opportunities, recording outcomes and progressAttend estimating and handover meetings, ensuring all information is agreed and capturedLiaise with commercial, contracts, procurement, finance, suppliers and subcontractors to obtain accurate labour and materials pricingMaintain and update subcontractor, supplier and client information on internal systemsSupport the creation of initial project programmes for handover to contracts teamsSkills and QualificationsWorking toward an industry-recognised qualification such as IOB or RICSCSCS basic cardStrong ..... full job details .....
