Estimator

A-well-established RC Frame and Groundworks subcontractor-is looking for an-Estimator-to join their team. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone with-at least 2 years'' experience-estimating RC frame or groundworks packages, and who is confident with-take-offs and bill preparation.

The Role
You will:

• Prepare-tender estimates-for RC frame and groundworks projects
• Complete-take-offs from drawings-and prepare-bills of quantities-accurately and efficiently
• Analyse drawings, specifications, and methodologies to produce-competitive, buildable bids
• Engage with-subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams-to gather pricing and input
• Support-preconstruction and commercial teams-with cost breakdowns, risk assessments, and tender reporting
• Ensure estimates are-accurate, consistent, and compliant-with client and company requirements

The Ideal Candidate
You will:

• Have-at least 2 years'' experience-estimating-RC frame and/or groundworks projects
• Be confident in-take-offs, bills preparation, and cost analysis
• Be commercially aware and able to identify risks and opportunities in project scopes
• Have excellent-numerical, analytical, and organisational skills
• Be proficient in-Microsoft Excel-and other estimating tools
• Be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced tendering environment
