      <description>Location: London | Salary: 55000.00-55000.00 Annual | Type: Permanent | A well-established RC Frame and Groundworks subcontractor is looking for an Estimator to join their team. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone with at least 2 years'' experience estimating RC frame or groundworks packages, and who is confident with take-offs and bill preparation.  The Role You will:  Prepare tender estimates for RC frame and groundworks projects Complete take-offs from drawings and prepare bills of quantities accurately and efficiently Analyse drawings, specifications, and methodologies to produce competitive, buildable bids Engage with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to gather pricing and input Support preconstruction and commercial teams with cost breakdowns, risk assessments, and tender reporting Ensure estimates are accurate, consistent, and compliant with client and company requirements  The Ideal Candidate You will:  Have at least 2 years'' experience estimating RC frame and/or groundworks projects Be confident in take-offs, bills preparation, and cost analysis Be commercially aware and able to identify risks and opportunities in project scopes Have excellent numerical, analytical, and organisational skills Be proficient in Microsoft Excel...</description>
