MMP Consultancy are looking for an Estimator, who will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for a range of projects. Key ResponsibilitiesReview tender documents, drawings, specifications, and scopes of work.Prepare detailed cost estimates and pricing submissions.Carry out quantity take-offs and cost analysis.Source and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.Assess project risks and identify value engineering opportunities.Prepare and submit competitive tenders within deadlines.Maintain up-to-date records of labour, material, and subcontractor costs.Liaise with operational and commercial teams during project handovers.Support contract negotiations and client discussions where required.Monitor market trends and pricing fluctuations to ensure competitive bids.About YouPrevious experience as an Estimator within construction, engineering, manufacturing, fit-out, or a related industry.Strong commercial awareness and cost analysis skills.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.Excellent ..... full job details .....
