      <description>Location: Cannock | Salary: &amp;pound;50000 - &amp;pound;60000/annum | Type: Permanent | Mechanical Estimator       Role Overview        We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Estimator to join a growing Mechanical &amp; Electrical contractor. This role would suit someone with strong mechanical building services knowledge who can review drawings and specifications, complete accurate take-offs using Bluebeam, produce estimates, and support the tender process through to submission.         The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of mechanical systems including HVAC, ventilation, air conditioning, domestic water services and drainage. You will be confident using Bluebeam for take-offs and able to communicate clearly with clients, suppliers and internal teams.        Key Responsibilities                   Review drawings, specifications, schedules and tender documentation.                       Complete accurate mechanical take-offs using Bluebeam.                       Prepare detailed estimates for mechanical building services packages.                       Price works covering HVAC, ventilation, air conditioning, domestic services, plumbing and drainage.
