This role involves preparing accurate project cost estimates, quotations, and bills of materials for a range of building maintenance, refurbishment, and construction works. The successful candidate will carry out site surveys, analyse drawings and specifications, and produce commercially viable quotations that meet client requirements and company profit margins.
