Working on projects across education, healthcare, commercial, industrial and public sector environments, you''ll become part of a collaborative estimating function delivering high-quality tenders on projects from -5m upwards. The Role Preparing competitive tenders, analysing drawings and specifications, obtaining subcontract quotations, value engineering solutions, producing cost plans and working closely with operational teams throughout the pre-construction process. About You Previous estimating experience with a main contractor. Strong commercial and numerical skills. Experience pricing new build and refurbishment projects.
