Working on projects across education, healthcare, commercial, industrial and public sector environments, you''ll become part of a collaborative estimating function delivering high-quality tenders on projects from 5m upwards. The Role Preparing competitive tenders, analysing drawings and specifications, obtaining subcontract quotations, value engineering solutions, producing cost plans and working closely with operational teams throughout the pre-construction process. About You Previous estimating experience with a main contractor. Strong commercial and numerical skills. Experience pricing new build and refurbishment projects.
