The successful candidate will have a strong track record within a-Main Contractor environment, with experience pricing and securing construction projects. The contractor delivers a varied portfolio of projects, including-Traditional Contracting, Design & Build and Cladding Remediation Works. The Role Managing tenders from initial enquiry through to submission. Preparing accurate and competitive construction estimates. Reviewing drawings, specifications and tender documentation. Producing detailed estimates and cost plans. Obtaining and analysing subcontractor and supplier quotations. Negotiating with subcontractors and suppliers. Identifying commercial risks and opportunities. Working closely with design, commercial and pre-construction teams. Attending tender meetings, site visits and client meetings.
