With a strong pipeline of secured and upcoming work, they are now looking to strengthen their pre-construction team with an experienced Estimator. Role Overview This is a key hire within a growing pre-construction function, responsible for pricing a range of carpentry and joinery packages from tender stage through to contract award. You will be joining an established estimating team and will play an important role in ensuring competitive, accurate, and commercially sound submissions across multiple projects. Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for carpentry and joinery packages Review drawings, specifications, and tender documentation Take-offs and pricing across first fix, second fix, and bespoke joinery elements Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations Identify value engineering opportunities and cost-saving ..... full job details .....
