You''ll work alongside bid managers, planners, procurement and business development teams to develop competitive tenders and help secure new work across pipelines, tunnelling, shafts, MEICA, rail civils and groundworks. Key Responsibilities Review tender documentation, PQQs, ITTs, drawings and specifications. Prepare detailed estimates, quantities and tender build-ups. Develop risk, opportunity and assumptions registers. Liaise with procurement and suppliers to obtain competitive quotations.
