The company delivers fa ade remediation and external wall replacement projects within the residential and social-housing sectors. It has a clear pipeline of approximately 20 live and upcoming projects, creating an excellent opportunity for an Estimator seeking long-term progression. We would particularly like to speak with candidates who have worked within social housing for a main contractor, refurbishment contractor or fa ade specialist. Experience with businesses such as Mitie, Willmott Dixon, Vistry or similar organisations would be highly relevant. Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed estimates for fa ade remediation and re-cladding projects. Review tender documents, drawings, specifications and scopes of work. Produce accurate take-offs and bills of quantities. Obtain and evaluate quotations from subcontractors, suppliers and manufacturers. Assess labour, material, access and preliminary costs.
