They work on a variety of projects spanning across sectors such as Residential, Education, Care, Hospitality, Industrial and more. You will be joining a company who have been operational for over 40 years, working on projects exceeding 50million. We are looking for an Estimator who has strong experience within the construction industry. Responsibilities: Prepare and analyse cost estimates for projects. Compile bids and tenders for new work. Calculate costs of materials, transport, labour and equipment hire. Obtain quotes from sub-contractors and suppliers. Collate detailed price lists and produce cost summaries. Follow all health and safety procedures. Liaise with further commercial team. Prepare and submit final quotations for work. Essential: Demonstrable experience in an Estimating role within the construction industry. Salary: 50-60K Permanent
