Prepare accurate cost estimates for bespoke joinery projects.Review drawings, specifications and tender documents.Obtain supplier quotations and support competitive tender submissions.Work with design, commercial and project teams to deliver successful bids.Maintain pricing records and identify commercial risks and opportunities. The ideal applicant will be Estimator - Bespoke Joinery and Timber Products with: Must have experience as an Estimator working with timber joinery, timber fit-out or relatedStrong technical understanding of drawings, specifications and construction processes.Ability to interpret project requirements and translate them into accurate cost plans.Strong numerical, analytical and commercial skills.
