You will work closely with operational teams, suppliers, and clients to develop commercially competitive bids while ensuring technical accuracy. Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate cost estimates for M&E projects. Review tender documentation, specifications, and drawings. Produce detailed take-offs, pricing schedules, and cost breakdowns. Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations. Liaise with project managers, engineers, and commercial teams throughout the tender process. Support tender submissions and post-tender negotiations. Maintain estimating records and pricing databases.
