Estimator (M&E) - Hybrid (Hampshire)

We are recruiting for an experienced M&E-Estimator to join a well-established contractor working in multiple sectors including rail, highways and utilities.-

You will be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates and tender submissions for a range of rail infrastructure and other sector projects. You will work closely with operational teams, suppliers, and clients to develop commercially competitive bids while ensuring technical accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for M&E projects.
• Review tender documentation, specifications, and drawings.
• Produce detailed take-offs, pricing schedules, and cost breakdowns.
• Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and commercial teams throughout the tender process.
• Support tender submissions and post-tender negotiations.
• Maintain estimating records and pricing databases.

About You
