Estimator - Interior Fit Outs

Are you an experienced Estimator with a background working on interior fit out projects?

Approach Personnel are proud to be partnered with a national interior fit-outs business, who are currently on the look out for an Estimator-to join them on a permanent basis out of their office in Leeds. As an Estimator, you will be responsible for overseeing all commercial aspects of our ongoing projects, ensuring that all works are being completed on budget.

What are we looking for?

• Prior experience as a Quantity Surveyor in interior fit-out projects.
• A degree in Quantity Surveying
• Ideally, a-RICS/CIOB Membership
• Strong understanding of materials, pricing & contracts (JCT/NEC)

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions
• Manage project budgets, contracts, and variations
• Collaborate with design and PM teams
• Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors
• Monitor costs, forecast spend, and ensure profitability.
